Victoria’s Secret released it’s very first “What is Sexy?” list on April 19, 2006 at a party in Las Vegas. The list was compiled by Victoria’s Secret executives and others. Spokeswoman Monica Mitro noted that “Sexy always changes,” which made the list that much harder to finalize. She says that they “looked at self-confidence, humor, presence, achievements” as criteria for the “What is Sexy” List.

Sexiest International City: St. Tropez, France
Sexiest U.S. City: Los Angeles
Sexiest Car: Ferrari 430 Spyder
Sexiest Food: Chocolate
Sexiest Music Video: Jessica Simpson’s These Boots Are Made for Walkin’
Sexiest movie ever: Unfaithful (2002), starring Richard Gere and Diane Lane
Sexiest Male Musician: Adam Levine, 27, (lead singer and guitarist for Maroon 5)
Sexiest Female Musician: Shakira, 29
Sexiest Male Actor: Patrick Dempsey, 40, (Grey’s Anatomy)
Sexiest Female Acress: Halle Berry, 39.
Sexiest Male Athlete: Tom Brady, 28, Quarterback, New England Patriots
Sexiest Female Athlete: Maria Sharapova, 19, Russian tennis player
Sexiest Male TV Personality: Jay Leno, who turns 55 Friday.
Sexiest Female TV Personality: Shaun Robinson, 43, Access Hollywood.
Sexiest Couple: Seal, 43, (musician) and Heidi Klum, 32,(Victoria’s Secret model).
“The two of them make the ultimate model and musician couple,” says spokeswoman Monica Mitro of Seal and Klum. Mitro also spoke of Shaun Robinson, saying, “She’s very feminine, very glamorous.” She also said that they selected Jay Leno because “He’s confident, he’s funny, he’s comfortable.” When it comes to Halle Berry, Mitro notes that “Whether she’s casual or red carpet, she’s put together.”
