Victoria’s Secret new Beauty Rush Lipgloss has been quite a hit. I’ve heard lots of people talk about it how much they love it, but I hadn’t tried it for myself until a few weeks ago. I have to admit, I’m usually a total MAC Cosmetics Lipglass addict, but I decided to finally venture out and try a Beauty Rush Lipgloss. Guess what? I loved it –  so much that I went out and bought three more shades.
The lipglosses come in 24 different colors. Each shade has a different flavor that reflects its name. Every shade is super shiny – in my book, that’s a must-have when it comes to lipgloss. Most of the colors also have a subtle shimmer and/or delicate sparkle in the gloss.
Overall the texture is great. The glosses are surprisingly long-lasting, but not too sticky (so you don’t need to worry about your hair getting stuck to your lips if you wear your hair down!). The glosses are soft and go on easily. Each gloss comes in a tube with an angled tip, making it easy to apply straight from the tube.
Our editor’s pick for best shade and scent is Piece of Cake (tastes like cake batter… mmmm!). But you will just have to go try a few for yourself to decide which one is your favorite.

Each tube of Beauty Rush lipgloss is $7 if purchased individually. You can also purchase 3 tubes for $15 from the Victoria’s Secret website, or 2 or more tubes for $5 each at any Victoria’s Secret store. If you are purchasing from the store, the Beauty Rush Lipglosses are usually on display near the main counter – perfect in case you happen to shop at Victoria’s Secret on a busy day and have to wait in line!

Yes the two are the same shade. Slice of Heaven was one of the first shades, but was renamed to Piece of Cake when Victoria’s Secret came out with the rest of the shades. It’s a GREAT shade.. (probably my favorite!)

omg i love these, i have almost all of them! my family and friends know i’m addicted to them… you missed bananas, iced teased, fruitloose, butterscotcha, the big carmelapple, spring fling, and a few others.
Actually, these flavors weren’t introduced until just recently. The originals are all correct, but there have been several name-changes and/or additions in the last year!

I love beauty rush lipgloss. My girlfriend advised me to try it and I am hooked. My favorite is Passion fruit pop. I goes on smooth, lots of shine and never sticky. I just wish the shine lasted longer.

has anyone every gotten nauseous or very ill after using this lipgloss?
I’ve gotten an allergic reaction to this gloss. It has lip plumpers in it. and Calcium which dries out the lips. Avoid them if you can…
I used Cherry Bomb flavor one time and had allergic reaction. Woke up in the night with huge swollen lips, that stung and itched. I needed steroid pills prescribed by a doctor to make the swelling go down! Be very careful!!
i use this lipgloss! someone gave it to me as a gift with an eyeshadow and i love it! my shade is strawberry fizz and i just absolutely love the fact that i can use it on it’s own or over lipstick! and the flavors are sooo yummy !
I started using this lip gloss last year and loved this shade called “vanilla creme” or something similar to that name. well at the time i bought 3 of them. and now i am out and went to buy more, and the store doesnt carry it, and they didnt know what color i was talking about….?????

i think the one that you are talking about had a name change, because there is one called ‘nilla fudge and its amazing!
isnt there a pineapple flavor?idk wat its called but i love the chocolate one…ii wish they were a little more cheap because when i use it omg it doesnt last that long for me
yes there is, it’s called Fineapple. Some VS’s don’t have it though, but it is for sale online on the VS website.
The Fineapple smells like pineapple soda and makes your lips have a VERY vibrant color.
Just wanna say that I got the Piece of Cake a few years back, and I still have it! It’s absolutely yummy, it has a vanilla scent that’s not too strong and not too bland. A MUST!

Yeah, Melonrageous does not, it is a very bright pink color that’s smells like fruit gushers to me!
The one i have(yummy berry)doesnt have sparkles,and i absolutely ♥ it!Its smells really fruity!:)
I just ordered 6 of these online. I got Slice Of Heaven (piece of cake), Candy Baby (I like candy? I think it’s the same flavor), Sugar High, Pink Sugar, Pretty Buff, and Bubble it Up.
does anyone know what Pretty Buff and Bubble it Up taste like? The names sounded cool so I got it

Lotta love is the best and I don’t think they make it any more. I can’t seem to find the ‘nilla fudge either.

Hmm well to start off I have 3 B.R. lip glosses, Strawberry Fizz, the ever-famous Cupquake, and a swirl shade called Iced Tease. I’m disappointed in them because they are very sticky. If you don’t think so, try kissing your hand while wearing the gloss and touching the glossy area. Absolutely tacky finish, this stuff refuses to be absorbed by my skin. Which is probably not a bad thing because so many of the ingredients (polybutene, ethylene, mineral oil) are hydrocarbons I’d expect to find in my gasoline. On the plus side, these glosses give your lips a wet look and lots of glitter without the grit some other glosses might have. I prefer iced tease out of the 3 I have because it has a unique como of golden shimmer and baby glue glitter and a slight minty tingle when applied.
I wasn’t able to mention in my first message that I didn’t purchase any of these glosses and I won’t do so in the future. I got the first one in a Black Friday promo tote bag and the other 2 for free via coupons sent to me by email (no other purchase was necessary). Nonetheless, if given the opportunity to get another one for free, I’ll most likely do so bcuz I love getting free stuff
The Liplicious brand of lip glosses distributed by Bath and Body Works have a similar formulation, same price, and variety in flavors but include jojoba seed oil and vitamin E plus they are actually absorbed by my skin. If you don’t mind stickyness and artificial scents when picking a gloss with great shine and noticeable glitter (e.g., you perform on stage and really need the staying power), I say choose Beauty Rush lip glosses.
U 4got my favorite flavor!! Cocolicious! Oh, and the purple 1 that tastes like nerds…IDK. Maybe u had that. I don’t memorize the names-just what they tasted like when I licked my lips. These lipglosses go on very nicely and u can coat however much u want on, and it never seems 2 get sticky. But once I stuck 1 in my pocket and when I got it out 2 put some on, a TON came out!! Ahhhh!!!!! Good brand of gloss tho. Only brand I use.
The best lip gloss i have ever used i had 7 different flavors and i lost all but one but i used them all… they lasted so long and i wanted to cry when i couldnt find some of them i always had one in my pocket my favorite one was hot pink and called cherry baby 8 dont know if wlthey still cell it but i also liked cherry bomb but they were all very good….you know how when you get lip gloss in your mouth it kinda tastes bad not this stuff this stuff actually tastes and smells like what the name says it is

I am an Victoria’s secret addict and I used to work there SO I was wondering why did they remove Peach Buzz from the store? It was by far the best and most popular lip gloss in my store and my customers used to constantly complain that it’s gone. It is my personal favorite lipgloss of all time and now I’m having to scrounge around buying it for over $10 on ebay, sometimes. Will they ever bring it back? Or is there any way to purchase the leftovers victoria’s secret might have in bulk? I would be interested in doing that I love it SO much.

Fruit Loose and Cotton Candy were pretty good too, but are more generic, easy to make/find flavors.
