Whoah some girls here are just missing the real point of the conversation…

1. None of us(at least the 90%) have met Miranda Kerr in person,so we cant judge anything except her appearance.
2.Models do NOT represent reality and the average sizes.. they are skinny and their job is to be attractive,not healthy. How many of you believe that models are thin only from healthy diets and gym? Most of them are underweight,anorexic,drug addicted… They are used in an unhealthy lifestyle to keep their body in shape,they even do plastic surgeries… Photos are edited with Photoshop.. NONE OF THAT CRAP IS REAL!!!! YOU CANT WEIGH 50 KILOS,178 CM AND HAVE A D CUP BRA WITHOUT A BREAST AUGMENTATION!!! this is so fake!!! jeez,girls,wake up!!!!
3. If you believe skinny its ok,well you are just idiots! Skinny is ok for a runway,not for real life! I am not saying to you to be overweight and plain,but HEALTHY! BMI is just a number that doesnt indicate if you are healthy..
4. Amber said that she is prettier than Miranda. Sorry but if you are SO beautiful,why the hell are you wasting your time here by posting stupid comments? Why dont you start modelling? Go ahead and prove it,if you believe this,then make us believe you too.
5. Just for the record I am 5’9” and I weigh 154 lbs. This may sound to you as an overweight person but,guess what! the BMI calculator says that I am healthy.. haha and yep,I wanna weigh 130 because I believe that is the right weight for me,BUT I AM NOT GONNA GET MAD OR ANOREXIC TO ACHIEVE THAT! I dont give a shit about what the fashion industries think!

Hmmm, you’re wrong, and sadly, you should do some research. Ever heard of Crystal Renn, plus sized women can actually be super models darling. She’s signed with Ford Models, posed in Vogue multiple times, Dolce & Gabbana, and is absolutely, brillant. I met her and was signed with Ford also. Everyone thinks these VS women are beautiful, hair extensions, paticular poses, photo shop, airbrushing, professional make up artist, aerosol cans, and other numerous illusions. IT’s propaganda designed with idiots in mind to SELL a product. These women are not selected on beauty, it’s based on sales, body best for showcasing a product. The public popular opinion determines beauty. Sales go down, models change, sales go up, you find a tread. I should know, I’m a former model, 5’9 106lbs. people think I look disgusting in person, and I’m an advertising writer. I hate stupidity. I stopped modeling, because of how disrespectfully you’re treated. You don’t speak unless you’re spoken to mentality. There’s a different body type for different products, i.e. clothes or accessories. Kudos to women like Miranda Kerr that can put up with the bullshit.

You guys are right, no one wants to see someone over weight model lingerie, but who says all over weight woman are ugly? Ive seen plenty of woman who could be gorgeous if they lost the weight. Miranda is gorgeous and her body is amazing to most. I’m not saying I know that girl amber but did you guys see a picture of her? Do you know if shes more gorgeous than Miranda or not? When you see a picture, you can go and call her ugly or not. But word of advice amber you dont need to sound so conceited, that will get you no where but a bunch of hate comments. No ones perfect and no one has to be. Not everyone has to have a perfectly toned body. To be honest most of these VS models are A to B cups, if not some are lucky to have C’s. And if you noticed they make them stand a certain way to make them seem like they have curves, or is that just me? I’m not here to get bitched at or to hate on anyone but it just bugs me that people have to be so ignorant. Why strive for a size 0? Honestly focus on your height and the right weight for your height. The only reason im say anything is because my little sisters over weight and always has been. Shes never had the perfect body and I see her all the time getting her confidence lowered by people telling her “you could be pretty if you were this weight or this weight. Dont go making assumptions or telling people what they need to look like if youre not perfect yourself.

my yr 8 english teacher was in year below miranda kerr at school. Said she was beautiful and didnt understand the need for photoshop.

At first I thought Miranda Kerr wasn’t very impressive as a model, but as the article said, she has a very unique face. I don’t really think modeling is about prettiness; I think it’s more about people who have unique looks.
I really want to be a Victoria’s Secret model. I’m Taiwanese, 5’10.5”, but I weigh 160 lbs. My measurements are 41-30-41. Can anyone tell me what I need to improve on to start modeling?

Why are all the comments on here hating on each other. This comment box is here to talk about Miranda, not your own lives/weight/eating disorders or to bully other people. How about commenting on Miranda’s success, spirituality, etc.

Hurrah for Miranda and Orlando tying the knot! Can’t wait til they have a little gorgeous baby. Also looking forward to her book =D

Everyone is beautiful in their own way. Fat, skinny, whatever. It doesn’t matter what you physically look like because you could be the best looking thing but if you have an ugly personality, that makes you ugly. No one should worry about people who will judge based on looks because in the end, it doesn’t matter. God knew what He was doing. God bless <3
