Victoria’s Secret is famous for their annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The show is broadcast every year during the holidays. It features a number of elaborate holiday themed sets, as well as extremely creative, lavish lingerie. It also features incredible live music and original remixed music tracks. The show is almost always held in the New York Armory on Lexington Avenue.
The clothing featured in the show is usually a variety of bras, panties and different types of lingerie. Each year Victoria’s Secret designs a “fantasy bra” - a bra made almost exclusively out of diamonds, jewels or precious metals. The fantasy bra is usually featured in the fashion show.
Victoria’s Secret is famous for their trademark “angel wings”. They appear in the fashion show each year and also in many of their marketing campaigns. Many of the outfits incorporate wings of some sort. Past shows have featured everything from angel wings and butterfly wings to devil wings, peacock feathers or oversized bows and ribbons in their place.
As with almost all fashion shows, there is a final walk where all the models who appeared in the show make one final walk down the runway. After the final walk, all the models stand in a line on the stage at the start of the runway. The Victoria’s Secret Angels and other prominant supermodels stand in the middle.
The very first Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show took place in 1999. It was broadcast online and attracted 1.5 million viewers. Thousands of people weren’t even able to view the show due to the huge amounts of traffic trying to access the website. The show made it’s first appearance on television in 2001.
The show attracts hundreds of celebrities and entertainers every year. There are always special live performers for many of the different sets of the fashion show.

The original mixed tracks for some of the shows are often in high demand and are often very hard to find.

I would like to know the source for the blue thigh high stockings with white stripes around the thigh area and the jeweled look thigh-high stockings with a horizontal stripe appearance in them.
As for the show this year, I thought it was stale. Too much of what we’ve seen in previous years, a formula that’s grown tired, and too much undistinguished clothing featured. If the clothes are not going to be ready to wear, then they should be unique and even spectacular. The outfits were mostly poor tarty looks, nothing much you could distinguish from Frederick’s or many others. So why bother? The runway looked tacky, and only a few visual designs worked.
The models varied from gorgeous to unappealing, and that is a disappointment itself. Adriana L even seemed to be faking it more than genuine, and looked a bit thick in the legs. This show needs new ideas and new visual approaches, because it’s grown repetitive and dull. I still remember the excitement of the first year, the way the models pumped down a long runway accentuating their legs strutting beautifully and filmed to bring drama to that.
Totally LOVED their fahion show this year. loved seeing all the angels. hopefully i’ll one soon
i would give almost anything to be one of those girls.
